Management is only as good as the key personnel in the field and we have assembled a team of Field Supervisors, Equipment Operators and Pipe Layers that are all skilled and many with 10 to 25 years of experience in their field.

Before launching Bradley Excavating, Bradley had a diverse background in Construction including Estimating, Managing and Operating on excavation projects throughout Nebraska and Colorado over the last 25 years. He also had experience as an Estimator and Project Manager for an Asphalt Paving and Concrete Cutting operation in Las Vegas, Nevada for 5 years and as owner of Bradley Courts specializing in custom design and build tennis courts and running track systems.

Jon has 20 years experience as an Equipment Operator, Foreman and Superintendent with experience in Highway Construction, Commercial Excavation and Utility Excavation. Jon’s background in Construction and Management is evident in his ability to keep all our projects on schedule, the crews busy and Project Superintendents happy.

Joseph received a Bachelor's of Architecture from Woodbury University's NAAB Accredited School of Architecture. In addition to being a licensed architect, Joseph is a LEED Accredited Professional and NCARB Certificate Holder.
